Ok,I got it connected. Had to get the drivers from the company.The install new hardware and the drivers didn't go real smooth. Sorta complicated.it says to install like 3 different drivers. And of course the download drivers from the company didn't have one they named.but! I did print a test page from windows.and I got into the setup and had to print a test page as well.sounds like a jet plane. Has air suction to keep the paper tight to the rollers. Big ink tanks to pour ink into.
