Hi Folks,I'm changing our VNC app from RealVNC to UltraVNC.I'm trying to figure out the best way to mass remove RealVNC and deploy UltraVNC. So far I figured out how to remove RealVNC via command line, which would be applied with a script, running the Quiet Uninstall String from the registry.I tried looking for a WMI command-line removal, but RealVNC doesn't seem to be compatible.I'm trying to figure out the best way to push UltraVNC with the AD configuration. Pre-packaged MSI with a transform, fastpush, or some variant (and which).My question would be:1) Is there a better way to remove RealVNC from all the machines.2) Is there an MSI available for UltraVNC, or would Skeep be a better solution? Seven years in tibet movie download. (I should have mentioned that in my earlier post.) I started using Skeep and Fastpush for the same reason as you. Basically we were using an outdated version of WinVNC on all our PCs and wanted to switch to not only UltraVNC, but also add the MS-Logn II feature (allows you to authenticate using Active Directory credentials.) One of the steps in setting up your VNC client configuration within Fastpush is the ability to clean old VNC registry keys. So even though WinVNC was installed on a PC, after deploying UltraVNC to the PC, UltraVNC acts as the server that accepts the connection.not WinVNC. Although WinVNC is still technically installed on many of our PCs, its not working.

It's not clean, but it works. If by chance we work on a PC for some reason, we manually uninstall WinVNC through Add/Remove programs.
As Scott mentioned above, we include UltraVNC on our new PC images that are used during new/replacement PC deployments. This solution was driven more towards upgrading VNC to a more secure product and even though it wasn't very clean in removing WinVNC, it was really the quickest and best solution for a 700 PC deployement.
