They (Byclouder) then suggest me to buy another app called 'beclouded partition recovery Pro to fix the cards first before rescue the files but I doubt it. But when I try to import using XDcam EX Clip Browser the program tells me 'Failed to Import clip' but no other info.

So presumably you no longer have a complete and intact BPAV file structure - which would be my guess as to why clip browser isn't seeing things properly.
